Matias practises law in intellectual and Industrial Property, trademarks, patents, industrial models, copyright, domain names, fair business practices, unfair competition, tenders and contests and sweepstakes, publicity and personality rights, sports law and its intellectual property law aspects. He leads the Trademarks and Copyright Team both locally and internationally.

Matías also advises on IP contracts, runs teaching courses and presents conferences for a range of institutions at home and abroad.

Matías has been designated an officer for several organisations. Since 2011 he has been a member of the Executive Committee of the Argentine Association of Property Agents and since 2015 he is on the Executive Committee of the Inter-American Association of Intellectual Property. He also presents conferences and classes both locally and abroad.
