As a lawyer and IP agent, Matías leads in trademarks, copyright, and complex intellectual property matters.

His practice areas include Intellectual and Industrial Property, trademarks, patents, industrial designs, copyright, domain names, trade loyalty, unfair competition, contests and sweepstakes, advertising law, image rights, sports law, and their relationship with Intellectual and Industrial Property. He heads the Trademark and Copyright management team for Argentina and abroad.

Additionally, he provides counsel on contracts related to Industrial and Intellectual Property.

An active member of numerous intellectual property organizations, Matías has been part of the Executive Committee of ASIPI (Inter-American Association of Intellectual Property) since 2015, where he currently serves as Vice-president I.

He was also a member of the Board of Directors of AAAPI (Argentine Association of Industrial Property Agents) for 12 years, concluding his tenure in 2022 after a 2-year term as President.

In his extracurricular activities, Matías has been the president of St. Brendan’s Rugby Club since 2016, leading numerous institutional, sporting, and social initiatives, as well as CSR actions with the community. Among the achievements of his administration are the purchase of a property for the club and the construction of the entire infrastructure for sports practice.
