Tomás Rigo is a specialist in Corporate Labor Law with extensive experience in this field, as well as in Corporate Law, Consumer Law, and Litigation. His practice includes comprehensive labor relations advisory, contract negotiation and drafting, labor dispute resolution, and litigation in civil, commercial, and labor matters.

At Noetinger & Armando, he leads the Corporate Labor Law practice, advising companies on labor strategy development and conflict prevention. With a strong corporate focus, he assists HR departments on key issues such as payroll management, hiring and terminations, regulatory compliance, and remote work strategies. He also provides legal counsel in sports law and engages in legal innovation initiatives related to emerging technologies in the industry.

He is an active member of the Christian Association of Business Leaders (ACDE), where he previously chaired the Lawyers’ Council. He also participates in the Pro Bono Lawyers Commission of the Buenos Aires Bar Association and is a member of Legaltech Argentina (ALTA), where he is developing an artificial intelligence venture for the legal sector.
