Juan is the head of the Consumers’ Rights Litigation and Class Actions Department. He also coordinates Noetinger & Armando’s appearances in administrative and judicial proceedings.

He specializes in complex litigation, class actions, fair business practices, and other legal aspects of business. He also designs strategies and organizational structures for businesses and companies in Argentina and takes an active part in intra-company disputes and shareholders’ agreements.

Juan has participated in a great number of highly significant collective trials and settlements.

In the last years he has participated in several meetings of the International Association of Young Lawyers (AIJA) and he frequently lectures at the Diploma Courses on Consumers’ Rights and Companies and on Banks Regulations” (UCES).
