Enrique coordinates the Departament of Intellectual and Industrial Property Litigation, monitoring and managing all legal proceedings. He also provides advice and assistance on IP litigation, particularly actions seeking cease of opposition to trademark applications, patent and trademark infringement and writs of amparo against the Argentine Trademarks and Patent Office for undue delay.
He has attended numerous IP Law specialization courses, workshops and seminars.
