Valeria has been part of the trademark and technology contracts team since 2019. In her early days she was in charge of maintaining trademark and domain registrations in Argentina. She later took over the portfolio of technology contracts before INPI.

Currently, she advises on ownership transfers and technical assistance contracts recordable before INPI, as well as being responsible for a portfolio of trademark and domain disputes in Argentina.

Valeria is a Certified Public Translator of English from the University of Buenos Aires – UBA (2018).

With her special attention to the details and particularities of each case, she manages the documentation needed to comply with Argentina’s formal requirements and prepares strategies according to each situation and the client’s needs.
