Tomás Paternostro

Associate - Attorney and Team Leader in the defense and enforcement of trademarks

Tomás joined Noetinger & Armando in 2015. Initially he was responsible for prosecution before the Patent and Trademark Office and then focused on processing and advising on new trademark registrations. Later, he joined the trademark enforcement team in Argentina, which he currently coordinates.

He is also responsible for advising on copyright matters and technology contracts, particularly those related to software licensing.

He is an attorney from the Catholic University of Argentina (2018), Registered Industrial Property Agent (2021), holds a Postgraduate Diploma in Intellectual Property from Austral University (2022) and completed the Master’s in Intellectual Property at Austral University (2024).

In his role, he is a strong promoter of daily process improvements to increase the efficiency and quality of services offered by Noetinger & Armando.

Tomás co-led the project that gave rise to Noetinger & Armando Emprendedores, aimed at providing legal advice and business development support to startups and entrepreneurs. In addition, he actively participates in the pro bono program, offering training on trademark use and protection aimed at entrepreneurs.
