Sofía has been part of Noetinger & Armando since 2022, when she joined the trademark enforcement team to manage portfolios of oppositions and disputes in Argentina.

 
She is an attorney from Austral University (2022) and holds a Postgraduate Diploma in Intellectual Property from Austral University (2022). In 2024 she participated in the Intellectual Property Summer Institute at Franklin Pierce University (New Hampshire University), after receiving a scholarship granted by ASIPI, based on her work titled “AI and the new trademark law: Adaptation v. ending”.

With her strong research skills, she analyzes all cases in depth and prepares strategies according to each situation and the client’s needs.

Sofía is very proactive in participating in different professional spaces and frequently writes articles for various publications.
