Nicolás Pomeraniec Altieri

Nicolás joined Noetinger & Armando in 2022 as a Patent Technical Analyst.

He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Chemical Sciences from the Faculty of Exact and Natural Sciences at the University of Buenos Aires (2022). Before joining the firm, he worked as a lecturer and research fellow at the Institute of Materials, Environment, and Energy (INQUIMAE, CONICET) and completed a research internship at the Institute of Biological Chemistry and Physicochemistry (IQUIFIB, CONICET). He is also a Registered Industrial Property Agent (INPI, 2024).

His practice as a technical patent specialist focuses on the analysis and study of patent applications in Argentina and other Latin American countries. His activities also include conducting prior art searches, patentability analyses, and collaboration with the litigation department in cases of patent infringement and nullity.

With expertise in materials physical chemistry—particularly supramolecular chemistry, nanostructuring, and energy—Nicolás covers a broad range of technological fields, including organic/inorganic chemistry, materials science, engineering, nanotechnology, pharmaceuticals, veterinary/cosmetic products, polymers, and catalysts.
