Mercedes has been part of Noetinger & Armando since 2001. She has extensive experience in all aspects of trademark registration, maintenance and enforcement in Argentina.

She is a Certified Public Translator and Lawyer, graduated from the University of Buenos Aires (2007 and 2011). Since 2014, she has been a registered Industrial Property Agent.

Mercedes is responsible for managing portfolios of trademark disputes in Argentina. With her deep knowledge of the subject and argumentative skills, she has achieved numerous favorable results for the clients she represents.

She is also responsible for conducting trademark feasibility analyses for use and registration in Argentina.
