Juan is the head of the Consumers’ Rights Litigation and Class Actions Department. He also coordinates Noetinger & Armando’s appearances in administrative and judicial proceedings.

He specializes in complex litigation, class actions, fair business practices, and other legal aspects of business. He also designs strategies and organizational structures for businesses and companies in Argentina and takes an active part in intra-company disputes and shareholders’ agreements.

Juan has participated in a great number of highly significant collective trials and settlements.

He was a member of the International Association of Young Lawyers (AIJA) and is currently a member of the International Bar Association (IBA), where he actively participates in the Class Actions Committee.

He has spoken at the “Consumer Law and Business” and “Banking Regulation” diploma programs at UCES and at the Banking Lawyers Committee of Argentina.
