Iván Milic

Associate – Administrative Coordinator for Patents and Designs

Iván joined Noetinger & Armando in 2012 and currently coordinates the administrative sector of the Patents and Designs Department for both domestic and international matters.

He leads and supervises our team in all departmental administrative activities, including translation management, documentation, compliance with legal requirements, and formalities related to patent and industrial design applications at local and regional levels. Iván also has extensive experience preparing and filing plant variety registrations with INASE (National Seed Institute), as well as drafting documentation and processing ownership transfers of intangible assets before INPI (Argentine National Industrial Property Office).

Iván graduated as a Certified Public Translator in English from the Faculty of Law at the University of Buenos Aires (2017). In 2022, he registered as an Industrial Property Agent and completed the Master’s Degree in Intellectual Property at the Faculty of Law at Austral University.

Additionally, he serves on the Executive Committee of the Escuela Latinoamericana de Propiedad Intelectual (ELAPI), where he currently holds the position of Treasurer. He has actively participated as a speaker and moderator at various intellectual property events and conferences, solidifying his role as a reference in the administrative field of patents and designs.
