Abel is an attorney, graduated from the University of Buenos Aires (2003), and has been with Noetinger & Armando since 1999. He completed a postgraduate degree in Copyright and Related Rights in Theory and Practice at the University of Buenos Aires (2006) and a Consumer Protection and Market Competition Program at Universidad Torcuato Di Tella (2023).
Initially, he worked in the Product Liability area, focusing on the tobacco and pharmaceutical industries and collaborating in the development of defense strategies for the firm’s clients. Later, he joined the Litigation team, where he manages judicial proceedings related to Consumer Law. Currently, he coordinates an extensive litigation portfolio in Buenos Aires, representing clients from various industries, including financial institutions and credit card companies.
Abel is a member of the Buenos Aires Bar Association of the City of Buenos Aires and the San Isidro Bar Association. Additionally, he was a speaker at the Postgraduate Course in Consumer Law at UCES between 2008 and 2009.
