Noetinger & Armando names 3 new partners

As from January 2021, Mariana Bullrich, Juan E. Pringles and Pablo T. Armando have been promoted to partners in Noetinger & Armando. With a solid professional background, all three are experienced professionals in their areas of practice.  

Mariana Bullrich is Biochemist, graduated at the University of Buenos Aires, and an Industrial Property Agent. She joined Noetinger & Armando´s team in 1998, where she currently leads the Patent Department.

Mariana is an active participant in congresses and initiatives of the most recognized organizations in the Intellectual Property field. She is a member of AAAPI (Argentine Association of Industrial Property Agents) patent sub-committee, and currently holds the position of Co-chair in the AIPLA (American Intellectual Property Law Association) Latin American IP Practice Committee. 

Lawyer (graduated at the Pontifical Catholic University of Argentina), Juan E. Pringles has been part of Noetinger & Armando since 1999. Currently he leads the area of Litigation and Corporate Law.

Juan specializes in complex litigation (especially class actions) representing and advising national companies of various industries (mainly banks, financial institutions, retail, electronic payment processing, metallurgical, airlines and logistics). He advises them on the structuring of contracts (concession, distribution, Terms and Conditions, Privacy Policy) and other corporate matters. 

Pablo T. Armando is a lawyer graduated at Pontifical Catholic University of Argentina, he has a Master in Business Law from Austral University (Argentina) and is also an Industrial Property Agent. He joined Noetinger & Armando in 2011, where he currently leads the Trademark Department. He is an active participant in committees of several national and foreign associations in the Industrial Property field.

Pablo specializes in the protection and defense of Industrial and Intellectual Property assets, particularly; trademarks, domain names and copyrights. He also advises on licensing and distribution agreements and technology contracts, as well as matters related to advertising, image rights and prosecution of infringements.

Their promotion as new partners is a recognition of their valuable contribution to the firm´s growth and trajectory throughout these years. All three are key figures of Noetinger & Armando´s team and will undoubtedly contribute to the strengthening of the firm´s current structure and continue to accompany its sustained growth providing their own experience, new points of view, proposals and innovative ideas. Mariana, Juan and Pablo assume their new role with the same commitment as always, lots of enthusiasm and high expectations.
