Cultivating Women Leaders in Intellectual Property: Noetinger & Armando Hosts AIPLA Global Networking Event in Buenos Aires

On Thursday, April 18, Noetinger & Armando, led by partner Mariana Bullrich, once again hosted the AIPLA Women in IP Global Networking Event in Buenos Aires. This event is held annually and simultaneously in more than 40 cities around the world.

Its goal is to create a space that fosters networking among leading women professionals in the Intellectual Property field. It offers an opportunity to come together, strengthen relationships, make new connections, share experiences, and grow as leaders and role models in the profession.

In Buenos Aires, the 2024 edition was held over breakfast, with over 20 women IP professionals in attendance, including attorneys, agents, and experts from across the field.

Each year, AIPLA proposes a theme to guide discussions on the roles and challenges of women in the legal profession. This year’s theme, “Cultivating Leaders,” focused on supporting and empowering future leaders in the IP space. Attendees reflected on leadership development and discussed various paths and tools for nurturing and strengthening the next generation of women leaders.

“Personally, I enjoy this event because it gives us the chance to come together and share our reflections and experiences. This year’s theme, ‘Cultivating Leaders’, sparked meaningful conversations on what we—as women in leadership—can do to guide and empower the next generation to realize their full potential. It was a valuable exercise! Thank you to all the colleagues who joined us, and to AIPLA’s Women in IP Committee for their vision and commitment in organizing and promoting these events.” — Mariana Bullrich

A great opportunity to connect, strengthen relationships, and inspire future women leaders in the IP field.
