Pablo Armando leads Trademark Department, both for Argentina and abroad, as well as the Data Privacy, Advertising and Image Law and New Technologies practices.

A lawyer and IP agent, he provides advise on matters related to the protection and defense of Intellectual Property assets, particularly trademarks, domain names and copyrights, for Argentina as well as for Latin America and other regions.

He also advises on licensing and distribution agreements and technology related agreements, as well as on advertising, image rights and infringement prosecution matters.

He is a member of several local and international IP organizations and an active member of INTA (International Trademark Association), AAAPI (Argentine Association of Industrial Property Agents) and ASIPI (Interamerican Association of Intellectual Property), being a member of different committees in each of them.
