Federico is an attorney graduated from the University of Buenos Aires (2014) and a Registered Industrial Property Agent with INPI (2014). Additionally, he completed the programs “Derecho y Startups” at Universidad Torcuato Di Tella (2020) and “Future Law” at UCEMA (2009).

He is part of the Litigation and Corporate Law team, where he coordinates and manages judicial proceedings in Consumer Law. He began his career at the firm in 2010 in the Industrial and Intellectual Property area, including copyright, both in judicial and administrative proceedings, participating in the formulation of strategies for the protection of intellectual property rights.

Currently, he leads an extensive litigation portfolio nationwide, working with the firm’s correspondent network and designing strategies for each case. He has also managed voluntary processes such as successions, usucaption, and health injunctions.

In the Corporate area, he advises on the formation and development of commercial companies before the General Inspectorate of Justice (IGJ) and in drafting and reviewing contracts and Terms and Conditions.

He is a member of the Public Bar Association of the City of Buenos Aires and actively participates in meetings of the Banking Lawyers Committee of Argentina. Additionally, he has attended seminars of the International Association of Young Lawyers (AIJA) as well as various networking and professional exchange spaces.
