
Pedro Tabanera
Pedro is an attorney, graduated from the University of Buenos Aires in 2019. He joined Noetinger & Armando in 2020 and is part of the Litigation team. Additionally, he completed the “Programa de Derecho y Start Up” (2022) and “Programa Criptoactivos y el Derecho” (2021), both from Universidad Torcuato Di Tella.
Since joining, he has managed high-volume litigation portfolios, coordinating all stages of proceedings, both out-of-court and in-court, and designing dispute resolution strategies. His experience includes representing companies across various industries, including financial institutions, airlines, and the metallurgical sector.
Pedro also leads the team specialized in pursuing software infringement and illegal use, representing major foreign companies. In this area, he has successfully regularized numerous infringers through the acquisition of original licenses, benefiting the firm’s clients. He is a member of the Public Bar Association of the City of Buenos Aires.
Additionally, he actively participates in various forums, including meetings of the American Chamber of Commerce in Argentina (AMCHAM) and the Argentine Fintech Chamber, among other relevant spaces.
