Martín joined Noetinger & Armando in 2013 and currently leads the technical team of the Patent Department.
He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Biotechnology from the Faculty of Biochemical and Pharmaceutical Sciences at the National University of Rosario (2008), and obtained his Doctorate in Biological Sciences in (2015). He became a Registered Industrial Property Agent in 2019. Before joining Noetinger & Armando, he was a doctoral fellow at the National Scientific and Technical Research Council (CONICET) at the Institute of Molecular and Cellular Biology of Rosario (IBR) and a lecturer in the Molecular Biology Department at the National University of Rosario.
His practice focuses on advising inventors, startups, companies, and domestic/international clients on all aspects related to patents of invention. Martín collaborates in the design of patenting strategies and in the drafting and management of patent applications in Argentina and Latin America. He also assists the litigation department in cases of patent infringement and nullity.
Thanks to his strong technical background, he specializes in biotechnology, chemistry, and life sciences, but his extensive patent practice experience allows him to manage portfolios across diverse technological fields.
Professionally and academically, Martín has actively participated as an attendee and speaker at national and international IP conferences. He is also a member of the Patent Committee of the Inter-American Association of Intellectual Property (ASIPI).
